SUPERVISION
Individual and Team Reflective Practice
WE DO NOT LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE...WE LEARN FROM REFLECTING ON EXPERIENCE.
John Dewey
Cynthia Rousso provides individual and group supervision to a range of experienced clinicians, consultants and trainees. She has been supervised herself for over 25 years and holds a Certificate in Supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychology.
Cynthia is an experienced facilitator of reflective practice groups. These groups are an opportunity for teams to think about their responses and reactions to their work and promote development, growth and learning. While the teams set the goals, the reflective model includes retrospection, self-evaluation and reorientation. Cynthia has seen first-hand the important role reflective practice groups play in sustaining safe and effective working environments and she enjoys collaborating with staff to support their sense of agency and well-being.
